Adobe Lightroom Classics CC Basics Workshop
saturday 9th march, Newstead Wood School, Orpington. 10:30 – 16:30
This workshop is for you, if you want to learn how to best use Adobe Lightroom Classic CC to manage and edit your images. The focus is on making great images rather than the technology itself (the workshop does not assume a high level of computer knowledge).
I’ve been using Lightroom since 2006 and use it to manage my collection of 55,000+ images for 99% of my photo editing
After this workshop you should be confident to manage and edit your images in Lightroom CC Classic
You will learn to:
Set up Adobe Lightroom to your preferences
Understand RAW v JPG - the differences, pros and cons
Store your pictures
Use collections and keywords to organise and manage your images
Create virtual copies of images
Use Lightroom pre-sets
Use the Develop tools to edit and enhance your images
Manage colour settings
Create Black and White Images
Use the develop module to edit in monochrome
Prepare your images for printing
Adjust and export your images for social media
Edit your images in external programs such as Photoshop CC
You may want to bring your own laptop or, as we are using the school’s computer lab you might prefer to use one of the school workstations.
This workshop is focussed on Adobe Lightroom CC Classic, there is a separate workshop planned for Adobe CC and mobile users.
Cost £89.00 inclusive of tea and coffee. Lunch is not provided.
